You’re going to be a superstar, no matter what it takes.

You and your friends have been in a band since high school, when all you were was a lead singer to a band that played out of someone’s garage and did occasional birthday party gigs for the neighborhood kids. after years of grinding, your band has yet to make it big, but has managed a small and dedicated cult following. All you and your bandmates want is to see your names in glittery lights, traveling the world to perform for millions of fans.

Your chance comes in Misfit Alley’s Battle of the Bands. After auditioning every year with no success, your band has finally gotten the opportunity to tour across the United States and open for the biggest band in the world, performing against other bands in the hopes that you win and get signed.

As you perform, your fame rises and you can see the dream coming to fruition. But with fame comes problems of its own, some that might just ruin you and the band you swore to take to the top.

Infamous is rated 18+ for explicit language, explicit sexual themes, drug and alcohol use, violence, morally questionable behavior, and more.

I think I answered this before but:

Victoria pursued many in the beginning of her career, but once she married G she stopped. She is very loyal, and she prefers an emotional bond over a physical one, but if she were single she’d definitely be enjoying that aspect of her life. Still, she’d prefer a love to go along with it.

Orion doesn’t pursue one night stands. He isn’t above it, I don’t think, but he’s so busy that he just has no interest in it. I don’t think he has much of a problem with physical intimacy, it’s emotional intimacy that scares him.

Sebastian has been too much of a dad to have time for himself. He hasn’t had much experience in that department, but he loves all forms of intimacy. He just doesn’t really have time for it. Familial intimacy is put above everything, hence why Maya always comes first.

Seven is more of a “if it happens, it happens but I’m not actively pursuing it” kind of person. They’ve had their fair share of night stands before they grew tired of….people and stopped putting themself in the situation. Actually, I think seven has grown to a point where they require emotional intimacy to get physical. I think they’ve lost the desire to have one night stands. They’ve grown jaded and just don’t really care for getting close to people, even if it’s for a brief one night stand. They just get too attached. I think they realized down the line that random hookups just aren’t for them.

As for August, I don’t think they care much either way. I think August doesn’t actively pursue anything physical, but if the opportunity presents itself and they’re attracted to the person, they’d go for it. They’re on the same boat as Seven: if it happens, it happens. They don’t think about it much.

G prefers hookups to emotional bonds. Victoria is an exception, but G likes the lack of strings tied to one night stands. Emotional intimacy is too much of a commitment and it scares them and they always think they’re going to fall short in that department. Intimacy that focuses less on emotion and more on the physical is preferred for them.

• switches between braids and natural hair when she doesn’t feel like dealing with long hair. blue is her favorite color for braids!

I mean I would hope I made it obvious that what Seven says isn’t always what they feel. It’s a bit spoilerish though so I’ll keep it at that ^^

this has truly been a summer full of many different IFs i’m so glad to have discovered :“)

idk why but when i think of august i automatically associate them with oversized tees, i think they’d find them very cozy and loose for drum playing, if not just to laze around the tour bus and watch movies

they were wearing glasses when the mc first meets them and i refuse to let them go LMAOOO i love glasses

as a matter of fact, i do have a couple of those!

1. infamous @infamous-if (as we all know) because amy is such a wonderful writer, she makes me FEEL feel (yes, i shed tears reading chapter two). the characters feel so real. always a pleasure to make edits for this if! also looking forward to @bodydoublegame.
2. anything mila writes, truly. i always have a hard time picking an ro because they all are amazing in their own way. also not a big sports fan but i love her stories so much i’m actually super excited for her latest if @beyondthegame. check out my fave: golden!! @milaswriting, and don’t forget before dusk sets in @celestialdusks.
3. the exile @exilethegame i’m obsessed, i’ve read this one so many times!!!!! the plot is so so so good, you just have to see for yourself. the relationships between the characters (the family dynamics most of all???)
4. attollo @attollogame the worldbuilding, the writing, the characters??? has the best villains imo, the complexity, wow 10/10
5. merry crisis @merrycrisis-if this one will also have you drowning in your feelings <3
6. when twilight strikes @evertidings i feel like i keep repeating myself (and i am) but once again the writing? the characters? you won’t be able to stop once you start reading! you’re welcome <3
7. apartment 502 has to be my most anticipated if (@apt502-if) i saw new girl, i clicked so fast! and you should too if you haven’t already <3 the demo is not out and i already have 3 mcs, that’s how excited i am!!!
8. book two of the golden rose @anathemafiction i know i don’t talk about it enough (or at all) on here but check out the first book, i can’t recommend it enough!!
9. @disenchantedif can’t wait to read from the beginning with the next update, i feel like it has the potential to become another favorite of mine + i’ve heard so many good things about it from a couple people with great taste!

i feel like i’m forgetting so many but these will have to do for now <3 there are other projects i’m following but i haven’t had time to check out the demos so i might reblog this post in the future to update the list. <3

Right now I can’t imagine it 😭 G loves their hair. I think maybe down the line? I imagine them going back to the way they had their hair when they first got signed at 16: very 2005 scene kid hair

if I were superhuman with all the time in the world I’d 10000% do a whole side IF of the band + seven’s time in high school and making the band and the eventual fallout because writing these flashbacks is so fun
